To ensure stable quality, all raw carbon fiber material is specially imported from Japan YFCM developed a safer structural technology for the manufacturing process and monitored the process with multiple precise testing instruments for tensile, torsion, fatigue, high-speed vibration, and other tests.
To pass the destructive test, the torque value of the carbon fiber composite drive shaft must exceed 5000NM. As for the fatigue test, the drive shaft must withstand a 2000NM torque 100,000 times to pass. In addition, a standard operation process is established for strictly specialized production.
